It’s funny to think that we have our occasional bad days in life. When we are experiencing them at the time, we feel like there could be a billion better things we could be experiencing at the time. We think of the unfairness and the hurt it causes us when we are going through these bad days. We miss the fact that these bad days are the biggest lessons to us. We subconsciously learn from each bad day.
I’m sure you all know the feeling of when we have a bad day and during said day, everything seems to go downhill. No matter what we do, it all just seems to fall apart and there is no sign of it getting better. When we are going through a bad day or rough patch, it is human nature to be thinking in the negative zone. This leads to us attracting all the negative things around us. We attract the vibes that we give off and if we are just exploding with the negative vibes we feel, we tend to distance ourselves away from the positive vibes we could be attracting instead.
We often don’t realise that there are so many lessons being learned subconsciously when we are going through a negative spot. These times teach us to be strong. They teach us what we can handle and what our threshold are. It allows us to challenge ourselves and create a slightly stronger person, mentally, physically or morally. We see where the truth of who we are lies when we have to face the bad space, straight on. Sometimes there are no alternate options and we have to go with what we have been delt even if it seems unfair and wrong. It all depends on the situation on hand. We don’t always get the options of choosing where we go in life so we need to learn how to deal, handle and learn from all that we experience.
Don’t be afraid of the bad days. Don’t feel like they will cost you greatly. Don’t think that you will be able to avoid them forever. We all get them, even if you don’t want to admit it. I don’t think people like to show that they can get hurt and feel vulnerable, but everyone does and some are just better at hiding those emotions than others. We ALL get those days and there is no real way of escaping them, the best thing to do is take a lesson away from them..
“Everyone has their good and bad day. You just have to go with the flow and make the most of whatever comes your way.” Andrea Jeremiah,
