To all the precious women of the world, happy women’s day. I am obviously taking the opportunity to write about all you amazing women. I would take any opportunity to talk about how powerful and independent women can be. I am so glad to call myself a woman. Someone I can be proud of and hopefully can help other women find their true royalty that they deserve.
I have always believed that women make the world turn. If you think about it, with all the true power women have, we are the ones that make things happen. There are stereotypes which I can not stand, yet they show how much women are relied upon. I am all for breaking stereotypes, so gentlemen, grab a pan and get in the kitchen. Women have been said to be the ones who should stay home, cook and just have kids… this grinds me with anger when its assumed us women can’t be more. If women didn’t follow up to these stereotypes, there wouldn’t be nutritional food brought to the table nor clean homes to grow up in.
I am not supporting this trending stereotype, but I am so proud that women fought for their rights and stayed strong through the treatment that they had to deal with. Women took it upon themselves to prove that although people expected them to live up to what society viewed as the perfect women, they could do better.
Today women have proved themselves passed the low levels of goals that society placed and labeled for them. They were able to set higher goals and proved that they could be just as important as men in the past. Now we see women in high positions of power of companies and leading head projects that make huge impacts on the communities around the globe. Even though women are becoming more and more appreciated in the corporate world, things still need to be changed. Ceilings still need to be broken and women need just a tad more recognition for the greatness we bring to the world.
I hope you all have an amazing women’s day and continue to be the amazing women that you are. Keep spreading the power and inspiration that you can bring to future generations that will hopefully continue to bring even more equality and value to women. We cannot change the past, but we can make a change for the future and I am most sure that if all women let their true colors of power shine through, the meaning of women will be the best piece of art that is viewed equally around the world with the highest form of respect. YOU’RE A FIGHTER. YOU’RE A QUEEN. YOU’RE A CHAMPION. YOU’RE A WOMAN. THEY ALL MEAN THE SAME THING, OWN IT MY QUEENS.
