It’s crazy to think about how many success stories there are in the world. From school achievements to the incredible job opportunities that are gained by hard working employees. We all aspire to be one of those people, gaining success after success and award after award. The thing people tend to forget is that, in order to get there, there is a huge amount of work behind it all. An unseen amount of work that people don’t seem to expect.
The basic line behind it all is that each person puts in their OWN amount of work. Their OWN amount of effort and dedication. Each person has their own willingness to put in their own amount of effort and hard work. We each need to put in our own 100 percent. It doesn’t matter how the people around you are doing, so stop comparing. It does matter however, that you know how much your 100 percent is.
Whenever it comes to setting your goals or reaching for your achievements, you must realise and know exactly how much effort you are willing and able to put in. It comes down to that, not to what everyone else is capable of doing. You have to know that you are enough. What you can manage is enough. You can not compare the efforts you CAN put in compared to other people. There are many factors behind the context of people’s lives which change the amount of effort they can put in to what they do.
Never compare yourself to others. You are your own person and only you can judge how much effort you are willing to put in. Your life in the context of the world is different to other people so it doesn’t help comparing.
“There are no guarantees in life, but is is a sure thing that you will get back what you give. If you give 100 percent of your attention, energy, and time to a thing, you will get exactly that back. Make sure you give all that you have to make sure you get all that you need.” -Iyanda Vanzant
